Shival Indermun is a lecturer and researcher specializing in robotics and computer vision. His PhD research focused on Human-Aware Navigation, where he developed methods to help robots understand and respond to human-object interactions in shared environments. He primarily teaches second- and third-year courses, with a focus on research methodology, robotics, computer vision, and business understanding. His current research continues to explore human-robot interaction, particularly in the context of increasingly shared environments between humans and robots. He is deeply committed to a philosophy of perpetual self-improvement and personal development, which he is eager to share with students.
