Frank is the Programme Manager for Applied Data Science & Artificial Intelligence at Breda University of Applied Sciences. With over two decades of leadership in higher education, he has played a key role in shaping academic programs and establishing innovation-driven spinouts through BUas Ventures. His research and teaching span education management, strategy, and the creative industries, often bridging the gap between academia and entrepreneurship. He previously served as Dean of the Academy for Digital Entertainment and Managing Director of Dutch Game Garden Breda.
