Course Description
The Graduation Project marks the final phase of the Applied Data Science & AI programme. It is a self-directed, independent project in which students apply their accumulated knowledge and skills to solve a real-world, academy or industry-relevant challenge. Conducted within the context of the broader Data Science and AI community, the project allows students to work on a professional product and/or a research question, showcasing their readiness to enter the field as globally employable professionals. Students are responsible for proposing their own project, whether that involves developing an AI application, solving a data-driven problem, or conducting applied research. The process includes continuous documentation and reflection, culminating in a graduation report, a learning log, and a final presentation. The project is assessed based on the national competency profile and requires students to demonstrate Level 3 proficiency across all Intended Learning Outcomes (ILOs).
Prerequisites
- Completion of all preceding courses in the programme.
